Le département PI est en charge de la réalisation et du bon déroulement des opérations de SAV à effectuer sur nos produits. En tant que Technicien Méthodes Rétrofit, rattaché au Field Modification Coordinator, au sein de l’équipe Support Dépôt (Rétrofit), vous devrez garantir la préparation des dossiers de modification à réaliser, dans le respect des engagements & des contraintes des différents projets.
A ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Rédiger les procédures de modification en y insérant les différents points de contrôle à effectuer par les opérationnels (Fiche d'Auto-Contrôle).
- Réaliser les analyses des risques liés au démontage et montage à effectuer lors des modifications apportées au produit, notamment en prenant en compte l’aspect EHS ;
- Déterminer le matériel, les outillages, et rédiger une MBOM
- Déterminer les compétences techniques et/ou habilitations nécessaires à la réalisation des activités de Rétrofit ;
- Définir les temps méthodes d’intervention
- Communiquer ces différents besoins aux différents services supports (Achats, Ingénierie PI, Logistique, Projet…) ;
- Participer aux premiers montages sur site client pour former les opérateurs et mettre à jour les procédures ;
- Vous serez également un support technique pour le service des achats et au support dépôt.
- Lors de besoins spécifiques, vous serez amené à être en interface directe avec les fournisseurs pour la recherche et le développement des outillages.
- Être capable de chiffrer en heures les modifications (temps méthodes et temps opérationnel)
- En stade d’offre, vous pouvez intervenir en apportant votre estimation des besoins en temps et en matière.
- Enfin, vous êtes force de proposition en ce qui concerne la vie et l’amélioration continue du service.
Profil recherché :
- BAC +2/3 en mécanique, électricité ou industriel
- Une connaissance/expérience au sein de l’industrie ferroviaire est un avantage.
- L’utilisation de EXCEL et WORD est indispensable.
- Une connaissance de DMA et ENOVIA est un plus.
- Des déplacements peu fréquents sont à prévoir (1 à 2 journées par mois)
- L’anglais est un plus qui vous permettra d’évoluer au sein d’un environnement international.
Par ailleurs, votre autonomie, votre pragmatisme et votre rigueur seront vos plus grandes forces pour mener à bien ces missions.
De même, votre curiosité et votre dynamisme vous permettront de développer votre connaissance du matériel roulant en la confrontant aux exigences opérationnelles variées de la vie d'un projet.
