Poste basé à Carpentras, reportant directement à l’Import Operations Supervisor.

 

PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :

  • Gestion du process d'importation hors E.U (fournisseurs externes, MGIL) en assurant le dédouanement des marchandises.
  • Gestion de la documentation d'importation (papier et électronique) et garantie de la conformité de tous les documents avec les réglementations douanières.
  • Collaboration avec les transitaires et les autorités douanières pour garantir l'importation des marchandises conformément aux exigences et dans les délais impartis.
  • Participation aux projets liés aux affaires.
  • Participation aux audits internes et externes (BRC, RFA, Bio, clients, autorités douanières).

 

PROFIL SOUHAITE :

  • Niveau BAC+2 commerce international ou expérience de 2 ans minimum dans un poste similaire.
  • Reflète et s'aligne avec les valeurs partagées de McCormick (comportement éthique, travail d'équipe, haute performance, innovation, souci de l'autre).
  • Capacité de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision.
  • Organisé, méthodique, orienté vers les détails et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
  • Efficace en travail transversal et en équipe.
  • Gestion du temps (capacité à prioriser et à gérer efficacement son temps).
  • Ouvert d'esprit et apprentissage rapide.
  • Très bonne organisation personnelle, autonomie, rigueur et flexibilité.
  • Capable de présenter l'information de manière concise et de former les autres.
  • Connaissance de SAP, Pack Office.
  • Anglais obligatoire.
