ASCENCIA BUSINESS SCHOOL EVRY, première école francilienne de management, membre du COLLEGE DE PARIS, recherche un alternant sur le cursus : Bachelor Ressources Humaines pour une de ses entreprises partenaires sur un poste de : Assistant(e) Ressources Humaines. Les missions proposées seront les suivantes : - Recrutement et intégration : Participer au recrutement et à l'intégration des nouveaux employés.- Formation et développement : Contribuer à la mise en place de plans de formation et de développement des compétences.- Gestion administrative du personnel : Aider dans la gestion des dossiers du personnel et des tâches administratives courantes.- Gestion des relations sociales : Assister dans la gestion des relations avec les représentants du personnel et la résolution des conflits.- Administration des salaires et avantages sociaux : Participer au suivi des rémunérations et des avantages sociaux.- Gestion des carrières et des compétences: Contribuer à la gestion des carrières et à la mise en place de plans de développement professionnel.- Communication interne: Aider à la communication interne par la rédaction d'articles et l'organisation d'événements.- Veille législative et réglementaire : Assurer une veille sur les évolutions légales et réglementaires en RH.
