OpenClassrooms recherche un Brand Manager en contrat d’apprentissage pour un de nos partenaires du secteur de la communication institutionnelle et politique, pour préparer une de nos formations diplômantes reconnues par l’État.

Vos missions en tant que Brand Manager en alternance :
- Gestion des réseaux sociaux de l'entreprise (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Création et mise à jour du site internet de l'entreprise
- Réalisation de supports de communication valorisant l'activité de l'entreprise (vidéos, brochure, flyer, etc.)
- Réalisation des supports communication des projets coordonnés par l'entreprise
- Appui technique et méthodologique dans la dynamique de plaidoyer lancée par l'entreprise auprès de ses partenaires
- Appui technique et méthodologique des équipes dans leur communication externe (animation du groupe de travail communication, de webinaires de formation sur des outils spécifiques)
- Réalisation et promotion d'une étude thématique statistique sur l'égalité femme-homme
- Appui aux salariés de l'entreprise pour l'organisation d'événements régionaux de grande ampleur
De façon générale, assure toute mission qui lui est confiée par la direction et sa tutrice dans le cadre de ses fonctions.
Poste basé à Metz (Grand Est). Travail en hybride.
Rythme d’alternance et présence
En entreprise :
- Du lundi au vendredi
- Périodes de travail de 8 heures
- Repos le week-end
- Travail en journée
En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois
En formation : 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois
Profil recherché
Profil recherché :
- Niveau Master 1 ou 2 dans le domaine de la communication institutionnelle et politique
- Maîtrise des réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Compétences en création et mise à jour de sites internet
- Capacité à réaliser des supports de communication variés (vidéos, brochure, flyer, etc.)
- Connaissance des enjeux du plaidoyer
- Bonne compréhension des statistiques sur l'égalité femme-homme
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation pour l'organisation d'événements régionaux
