Requirements: Profil du candidat De formation supérieure Bac+5, vous justifiez d’au moins 9 ans d’experience en tant que PMO Senior Project Management Risk Transformation dans un environnement Finance de Marché avec expertises sur Murex et Summit Missions Accompagnement du programme de transformation SUMMIT NEXT :Migration des activités de marché (Rates, IRO, Crédit, Trésorerie, etc.) de la plateforme SUMMIT vers MUREX. Cadrage des besoins fonctionnels M&CR (Market & Counterparty Risk) : Identifier les processus, métriques, chaînes de valeur et systèmes d’information risques impactés. Collecter et formaliser les macro-besoins auprès des utilisateurs finaux Être l’interlocuteur privilégié de l’équipe Pilotage et coordination : S’approprier les hypothèses et principes du programme (périmètre migré, roadmap, utilisation MUREX, remise en question des processus). Consolider et documenter l’ensemble des travaux réalisés. Assurer une remontée d’alerte proactive sur les points d’attention ou problématiques et contribuer à l’émergence de solutions. Compétences : Compétences métier et techniques Solide expérience en finance de marché et en risques de marché multi-actifs (taux, crédit, produits dérivés, etc.). Bonne compréhension des environnements MUREX (technique ou fonctionnel). Compétences transverses Excellente communication orale et écrite, capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés (équipes métier, IT, management). Autonomie, organisation et forte capacité de proposition. Aisance relationnelle et aptitude à évoluer dans un environnement projet complexe. Langues Anglais indispensable (environnement international).
