AWS Practice Lead Tasks Lead and grow the AWS Cloud Practice by defining and implementing AWS cloud strategies for our customers Design and deliver complex AWS solutions across multi-cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices Mentor and develop a team of AWS architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning cooperation and innovation Collaborate in business development, contributing to proposal writing, pre-sales activities, client presentations and also g uide customer organizations on their cloud adoption, migration and modernization journeys with AWS Build and leverage strong relationships with AWS as a strategic partner, keeping up to date with the latest services and methodologies Benefits The chance to work on cutting-edge projects for some of the world's leading brands and enterprises Diverse and vibrant environment - you will be surrounded by peers who share your passion for technology and innovation Structured career program, with opportunities to move into leadership roles within Reply's global cloud practice Access to extensive training and certification opportunities (e.g. AWS Professional and Specialty certifications) as well as Hackathons, Code Challenges and Lab Camps Your education doesn't need to stop here Reply pride themselves on continuously learning about emerging technologies Qualifications At least 4 years experience in designing and delivering AWS solutions Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other related fields Proven experience in leading cloud-focused teams and/or practices, including people management and mentoring as well as e xcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with both technical and executive-level audiences Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, governance and compliance frameworks Strong expertise with AWS core services (e.g. S3, EC2, RDS, Lamba, ECS/EKS, IAM, etc.), preferably with AWS Professional-level and Specialty certifications Experience with modern DevOps practices and tools (IaC, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, etc.) REPLY Group Reply specialises in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
