Créant des solutions d’édition en ligne depuis plus de 10 ans, notre client éditeur de logiciel continue de faire évoluer fonctionnellement et techniquement son application.

S uite à une évolution de son organisation, notre client créé le poste de Chief Technical Officer.

Quel sera le rôle du Chef Technical Officer :

Le CTO aura pour rôle de piloter l’ensemble de l’équipe technique, tant sur le build produit, le build des spécifiques client et assurer le Run des plateformes.

Pour mener à bien sa mission, il s’appuiera sur une approche itérative, il s’appuiera sur un socle technique mature et apportera sa contribution sans pour autant être aujourd’hui dans une refonte complète.

Une fois en maitrise de son périmètre, il pourra faire évoluer l’organisation de l’équipe, créer de nouveaux process projets et commencer à porter de nouveaux sujets pour continuer à apporter de l’innovation et de la diversification des produits etc…

Il ne sera pas attendu du CTO d’avoir un rôle de développeur mais il accompagnera les équipes dans une dimension de faire-faire.

Il portera la vision architecture dans une dimension édition logicielle, sera garant des roadmaps. Son parcours de développeur lui permettra d’être à l’aise sur la dimension architecture technique et applicative. Il saura appréhender les évolutions fonctionnelles et construire le futur du produit en partenariat avec le Product Manager.

L’équipe à ce jour est constituée de 6 développeurs.

Il est important que le CTO ait une bonne approche des technologies ou sache s’appuyer et s’entourer des bonnes personnes.

Profil du futur CTO :

Pour ce poste, nous recherchons une personne qui a un vécu fort autour de l’architecture applicative (techo JS/PHP, approche service, en mode SaaS, etc…), un vécu produit idéalement chez un éditeur ou en mode produit qu’il a fait évoluer sur une période plutôt conséquente.

De l’aisance pour piloter une équipe, la challenger et porter une roadmap sont nécessaires.

Notre client a pour objectif de construire une relation long terme avec son CTO.
