En étroite collaboration avec l'équipe technique, l'équipe produit, directement rattachée à la direction générale, représente elle, les utilisateurs de la plateforme technologique, que ce soient les chercheurs et entrepreneurs ou l'équipe data du Health Data Hub qui met à disposition les données. Elle prend au quotidien les décisions visant à maximiser la valeur produite pour les utilisateurs. En étroite collaboration avec les référents métiers, elle gère et priorise le besoin produit et s'assure de l'alignement des parties prenantes en termes de sécurité, cadre juridique, etc. Elle contribue à la planification des développements, à la gestion des changements et au pilotage du projet.
Missions
Le/la Chief Product Officer assure les missions suivantes:
Être le porte-parole interne et externe de l'identité produit
Contribuer aux enjeux et à la stratégie du Health Data Hub, en lien avec le Comité Exécutif
Contribuer à la communication sur le produit, faire connaître le produit et ses perspectives (interne / externe)
Comprendre le produit et en définir la stratégie
Réaliser un audit du produit / une analyse fonctionnelle des interactions du produit avec les utilisateurs internes et externes et des besoins associés
S'assurer du recueil et de l'analyse continus des besoins clients (expérience et use cases)
Définir les objectifs stratégiques pluriannuels
Définir la roadmap produit, à court / moyen / long terme en collaboration avec les stakeholders métiers et les équipes techniques
Définir le budget et les équipes nécessaires pour tenir les objectifs
Manager les équipes produits (a mínima 2 PO)
Définir et mettre en place des processus de travail intra et inter-équipes
Définir des objectifs pour chaque membre de l'équipe
Coordonner leurs actions, piloter leur avancement pour tenir les objectifs et développer l'offre client
Superviser les étapes de développement du produit dans son ensemble (amélioration continue) en tenant compte des délais et du budget et des objectifs de l'entreprise
Définir et piloter des KPIs
Mettre en œuvre une méthodologie de développement des produits efficace en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et Data
S'assurer que les fonctionnalités développées répondent à la valeur métier attendue
S'assurer que les fonctionnalités développées répondent aux attentes des utilisateurs (contenu, ergonomie, UX/UI, etc.)
Suivre les plans d'actions
Suivre, actualiser et communiquer la roadmap
Piloter les partenariats associés à l'amélioration du produit

Profil recherché
Compétences fonctionnelles / techniques
- Au minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Chief Product Officer
- Connaissance du produit et du métier du Health Data Hub
- Bonne compréhension du data engineering et de la datascience
- Capacité à décrire / comprendre un parcours utilisateur
- Capacité à construire, formaliser et piloter une roadmap produit et à définir les KPIs associés
- Esprit d'innovation
- Bonne connaissance des enjeux business d'un produit et les problématiques métiers et techniques qui lui sont liées
Compétences managériales et relationnelles
- Pédagogie, capacité à écouter, à animer un groupe, à faciliter, à établir la confiance dans le groupe, à travailler en équipe et à communiquer auprès d'interlocuteurs multiples (professionnels de santé ou du domaine médicosocial, ingénieurs, DSI, partenaires institutionnels, prestataires...)

L'Intelligence Artificielle et les données de santé font partie de la réponse.
