Analyste Process Data Management

Vous aurez pour missions principales d'assurer les activités régulières l'activité Performance Supply Chain-Projets Aval du Futur (Méthodes, Outils, Panel Fournisseurs, Processus & Data Management) sur la partie Supply Chain et d'accompagner le changement au sein du périmètre de la Business Unit Projets (OP) sur les activités en propre et en ordre et pour compte des BU du groupe Orano.

1/ Piloter la performance Supply Chain :

  • Préparer le Plan de Performance Achats annuel PPA et assurer son suivi périodique, pour toutes nos activités
  • Contribuer à la réalisation des Reportings, des tableaux de bords achats et assurer leur animation et plus généralement gérer les datas de l'activité Supply Chain
  • Préparer et participer ponctuellement aux revues projets et comités projets transverses
  • Gérer des données achats incluant l'analyse des données d'entrée et leurs mises à jour dans l'ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) (y compris panels fournisseurs) , des reportings et aider à l'analyse des données stratégiques

2 / Performance des fournisseurs :

  • Traiter des demandes de créations de fournisseurs dans SAP et tenir à jour les données des bases fournisseurs
  • Assister les acheteurs pour réaliser le Sourcing sur la base des fournisseurs
  • Participer à l'évaluation et suivi des fournisseurs (exemple : ISO 9001 ou 19443

3 / Méthodes, Processus et outils :

  • Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des processus, mobiliser différents outils/méthodes/techniques[BB(1] , être le garant de ces méthodes et outils
  • Contribuer à la standardisation et à l'optimisation des processus (muda, etc...) , mettre en œuvre une roadmap en s'assurant de l'avancement des actions dans les délais impartis
  • Participer à des actions de communication et d'accompagnement du changement dans le domaine de la Supply Chain
  • Proposer des actions de digitalisation des processus et des datas

4/ Systèmes d'informations :

  • Être le relais local en support des acheteurs pour l'utilisation des outils achats mutualisés (SAP, Sirius, Workflowgen, Winshuttle, ...)
  • Réaliser ponctuellement des formations/sensibilisations sur les processus et les différents outils
  • Administrer les outils et Systèmes d'Informations nécessaires à l'activité Supply Chain, contribuer à leur déploiement et accompagner les utilisateurs
  • Être l'Access Manager SAP pour l'attribution des rôles/autorisations dans le respect des procédures et règles Groupe

Profil recherché


Titulaire d'un BAC+5 dans le domaine du management des entreprises, du contrôle de gestion, des systèmes d'informations ou projets, avec une spécialité achats ou une expérience équivalente de 1 an minimum dans la fonction

  • Maîtrise du Pack Office, avec la maîtrise des fonctions avancées sur Excel (formules complexes, TCD, graphiques, etc..)
  • Informatique : SAP Module Achats et outils de requête (BO, BI)
  • Être à l'écoute pour répondre au mieux aux besoins des interlocuteurs
  • Rigueur et organisation
  • Motivation et sérieux
  • Bonne capacité rédactionnelle, esprit de synthèse et esprit analytique
  • Sens critique pour vérifier la cohérence des chiffres et de leur fiabilité
