A lovely family are looking for an experienced housekeeping couple to join their fully staffed property in Mougins. You will join a team consisting of a House Manager couple, a gardener, 2 all-rounders, drivers, security and chefs. Therefore, the ideal couple will not only have excellent teamwork skills together but also be team players amongst the wider team.
The property consists of the main family home and a guest cottage. The family are in residence at weekends and during the summer season (2 months fully operational). During this time additional staff will be bought in to assist from other properties.When the family are not in residence the usual working hours will be 9am - 5pm with 2 days off per week (Tuesday and Wednesday).
It would be a bonus if one of the couple were a handymanDuties:
- Upkeep of cleaning and maintaining the main property and cottage to a high standard
- Turn down service
- Window cleaning
- All laundry services
- Assisting with table service
- Ad hoc assisting with family cooking when the chefs are not working (usually only for the household team)
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar environment and excellent checkable references
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Happy to work as part of a team
Live-Out or Live-In (accommodation provided:
separate staff villa with private pool and garden)
Days/hours: 9am - 5pm, 5 days per week (days off Tuesday and Wednesday) - slightly longer when the family are in residence.
Salary: 3,000 Euros net per month
