We are currently looking for a
Technical Project Manager to join the team
Campus Services on our Europe campus in
Fontainebleau, France.
permanent, full-time position.
The job holder brings technical expertise and experience in construction project management as well as business knowledge to the Campus Services teams in the context of the 10 years INSEAD Campus Redevelopment Master Plan.
Main tasks include:
- Technical, construction engineering expertise :_
- Validates technical specifications and tender documents.
- Manages the technical commissioning phases of the site's installations and equipment.
- Contributes to defining the strategy and design of the technical master plan by considering the operational needs of the Campus Services teams.
- Ensures that INSEAD is at the forefront of technical innovation and automation processes.
- Sustainability expertise:_
- Ensures that the regulatory objectives of decarbonization, energy performance and sustainable development initiatives are at the heart of the project's technical strategy.
- Project management:_
- Crossfunctional coordination
- Works closely with internal stakeholders and external interlocutors, such as planners, architects, technical consultants, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Analyses the financial proposals and quotes of technical consultants and suppliers.
- Safety & Security compliance:_
- Works with the QHSE manager to verify that all safety and security aspects related to the technical specifications of the projects meet mandatory compliance requirements.
- Master of construction engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in technical project management and/or experience in a BET (Bureau d'étude technique)
- Practical experience through studies and previous jobs
- Experienced in the management and execution of projects
- Excellent communication skills and relationship management
- Sound analytical skills
- Fluent in French and English
