Dans le contexte de son plan de transformation de la Direction des Achats et de la Qualité Fournisseurs, notre client crée le poste de Head of Purchasing Systems and Standards - Architect of Operational Excellence / Responsable des Systèmes et référentiels Achats relevant directement du Directeur des achats groupe.
Les missions principales sont autour de 4 dimensions :
1. Pilotage et analyse
-Renforcer et animer les outils de reporting/tableau de bord de la Direction achats et qualité fournisseurs.
-Fiabiliser les données
-Mettre en place une Data base factory permettant de renforcer le pilotage des catégories Achats et de pouvoir mesurer l'impact des évolutions de prix sur la dépense (analyse du spend ; impact des inflations hors mix produit, évolution du panel fournisseurs...)
-Réaliser, en collaboration avec les managers achats concernés, des analyses ciblées à partir d'extraction de données des ERP.-Mettre à jour et animer les reportings sur les principaux inducteurs utilisés par les acheteurs
2. Processus – Modes opératoires métiers – Guides utilisateurs
-Responsable de Création / mise à jour des procédures
– Modes opératoires métiers ainsi que les guides utilisateurs outils. A ce titre, il informe et coordonne les formations utilisateurs
-Etre force de proposition dans la simplification des processus et documents afin de faciliter l'adoption utilisateurs et fluidifier les process PtoP en répondant aux enjeux de compliance
3. Base de données articles/prix
-Manager l'équipe en charge de la saisie des créations et informations de la base articles (composants, informations RSE...) et de la mise à jour des prix, en relation avec les équipes Supply chain, Marketing et les acheteurs
-Être force de proposition dans l'optimisation des processus, outils et moyens pour fluidifier la charge de saisie
4. Outils
-Coordonner les réflexions et propositions d'évolution des outils de la direction achats sous l'angle métier, en coordination avec les équipes DTSI. Formaliser les recommandations de solutions optimisant les directives Cout/besoin fonctionnel/contraintes systèmes, avec B Case et planning prévisionnel associés
-Piloter l'adoption des outils déployés d'un point de vue fonctionnel (incluant l'information/formation des équipes utilisatrices et el suivi du taux d'adoption)
-Assurer une veille / benchmark sur les solutions de marché en vue de proposer des améliorations adaptables et optimiser les processus PtoP de l'entreprise
EquipeManagement de 4HC (consolidation des chiffres, et actualisation des bases de données articles)
Principales interactions: Managers de la Direction Achats, Direction technique des Systèmes d'information, Supply chain, en externe les Editeurs (outils)
Compétences clés
Hard Skills
• Bac +5 avec une expérience significative autour des reportings et outils PtoP (8-10 ans)
• Maîtrise du Pack Office, et notamment les fonctions avancées d'Excel
• Maitrise du processus P to P et bonne connaissance des outils procurement du marché
• Anglais courant – la maîtrise d'une autre langue serait un plus
