We are looking for an
IT Support Engineer to join our teams working on one of our renowned client's facility based in
Crolles,
France for a
permanent role.


Your role will be to provide level 2 and 3 IT support on various devices (Fixed PC, Laptop, Tablet and Smartphone).


Skills required:

  • Knowledge of Windows
  • Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
  • Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu base only).
  • Knowledge of Mac OS (basic only).
  • Android / iOS knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Office365 (office suite).
  • Knowledge of Onedrive.
  • Team player.
  • Management of Active Directory.
  • Diplomacy and pedagogy.

Additional skills (would be a plus):

  • SEP Antivirus.
  • ServiceNow (ticketing tool).
  • Landesk Remote Control.
  • Knowledge of HP products (laptop, desktop and printer).
  • Network basics (IP addressing and server knowledge).

Language skills:

  • Technical English, fluent in French.

Experience and qualifications:

  • BAC +2 (BTS in computer science).
  • At least 1 year experience in an IT department (user support).
