Notre client accompagne son client dans la gestion et la définition technique de son projet.
L'objectif du projet est de produire tonnes par an de gaz renouvelable à faible teneur en carbone à partir de biomasse sèche produite à partir de déchets de bois locaux et de combustibles solides de récupération (CSR), qui sera utilisé sous forme de gaz naturel liquéfié (GNL) par une flotte de navires.
Le projet est en phase de pré-FEED, puis de FEED, et les études techniques ont été confiées à un bureau d'études externe.
Dans le cadre de ce projet, notre client a besoin d'un Ingénieur Process - Syngas & Off-gas treatment pour coordonner l'ensemble des études relatives au traitement du syngas (présence de métaux, d'acides, de goudrons, etc.) produit par la réaction de gazéification en entrée, et celles relatives au traitement des off-gas produits sur le site.
Vous serez rattaché(e) fonctionnellement à l'ingénieur(e) responsable du processus et serez impliqué(e) dans les domaines suivants:
- Technique : vérifier et commenter les livrables produits par l'ingénierie externe ; répondre aux questions/réponses liées au périmètre des études et participer à toutes les réunions de clarification concernant le périmètre des études (ateliers, revues PID, HAZID, HAZOP, etc.) ;
**PROFIL**
- Nombre mínimal d'années d'expérience : 10 ans dans l'ingénierie.
- Principale expérience : technique (ingénierie des procédés) et organisationnelle (ingénierie de projet).
- Les compétences techniques requises couvrent la gazéification des combustibles solides (Bois B, RSC), le traitement du gaz de synthèse et le traitement des fumées.
- Compétences logicielles : Suite MS Office.
- Expérience sectorielle : Gazéification de combustibles solides (Bois B, CSR), traitement du gaz de synthèse/des fumées, incinération, chimie.
- Compétences linguistiques : Anglais professionnel indispensable, français.
