Le développement de notre activité, nous amène à renforcer notre équipe opérationnelle et nous recrutons dans ce cadre un : Agent qualité/Team leader (h/F) en CDD DE 6 MOIS.
**Vos missions**:
- Participer à l'organisation et à la mise en œuvre des opérations de contrôle qualité / tri
- Effectuer le contrôle qualité visuel, fonctionnel et dimensionnel des pièces et des prélèvements
- Traiter les non-conformités et réaliser les retouches nécessaires sur les pièces
- Assurer la traçabilité des opérations de contrôle
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus qualité et de la performance
- Lancer les audits qualité
- Accueillir, intégrer et former les équipes au métier d'Opérateur qualité (5 personnes)
- Suppléer le Responsable de site en cas d'absence.
**Votre profil**:
Vous êtes à l'aise avec la bureautique ( Excel et rédaction de mail).
Vous avez des connaissances du secteur industriel (idéalement automobile).
Vous disposez du permis B.
CDD de 6 mois ( renouvellement possible en CDD/CDI)
Horaires de travail : 2
- 8, 5h-13h et 13h-21h

Ce poste est à pourvoir rapidement.
