The Role

Handle daily invoicing and financial entries using advanced industry software.
Maintain comprehensive records and oversee monthly financial reporting.

Hours: 9:00 to 5:00 EST

Ideal Profile
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills.
A fast learner who is highly detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
