**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons un(e) conseiller(e) vendeur(se) Expert(e) local(e) (H/F) spécialiste de la Patagonie, basé(e) à Lyon. Rattaché(e) au responsable commercial, le conseiller(e) vendeur(se) Expert(e) local(e) étudie, conçoit et construit des voyages à forfait pour des individuels ou des groupes. Il commercialise les voyages Patogonie, prioritairement à la carte.
Vos principales missions:
- Accueil et renseignement auprès de notre clientèle (support téléphonique, internet).
- Création et vente de voyages sur mesure. Vous aurez la responsabilité de la rédaction, de la cotation, de la vente, de la réservation et du suivi de A à Z de tous vos dossiers sur de multiples destinations.
- Gestion administrative de vos dossiers (Préparation des vouchers et carnets de voyage, réception et gestion des factures fournisseurs )
- Vous êtes garant de la qualité et du bon service commercial
**Profil recherché**:
- Issu(e) d'une formation de minimum BAC 2, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d'au moins 2 ans dans le tourisme
- Vous êtes passionné(e) par la destination Patagonie et en avez une très bonne «connaissance terrain» car vous y avez vécu et/ou y avez voyagé.
- Vous possédez une première expérience dans la vente en direct, vous avez le sens du contact et de la satisfaction client
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'espagnol
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques
- Vous êtes capable d'assurer le suivi administratif de vos dossiers
- Une attention particulière sera accordée au partage des valeurs du groupe, qui sont considérées comme un prérequis dans votre réussite à intégrer notre collectif.
**Qualités recherchées**:
Rigueur, sens de la négociation, autonomie, excellent relationnel, esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler dans la bonne humeur dans un environnement international et ensoleillé mais parfois stressant, goût du challenge.
