Vallair est une entreprise aéronautique aux multiples facettes qui optimise la durée de vie et la valeur des avions, des moteurs et des pièces.

La filiale Vallair Industry à Montpellier spécialisée en service de maintenance, d'entretien et de réparation d'avions, recherche un/une Sales Administrative Officer pour renforcer son équipe commerciale et facturation.
- **Le poste**_

Reportant au Customer Support Manager, dans le respect de la politique commerciale et au sein de l'équipe en charge du support client, vous serez notamment en charge des missions principales suivantes:

- Prendre en charge la facturation des prestations : s'assurer de la mise à jour des informations dans les différents modules de la base de données de gestion commerciale (logiciel BOB) et du logiciel de devis AD Software en veillant à la bonne tarification et des coûts complets du matériel et des services (notamment les heures de main d'œuvre), éditer les factures selon les procédures en vigueur
- Suivre les règlements et traiter les litiges
- Effectuer les relances clients sur les paiements
- Suivi et classement des documents commerciaux (devis, contrats, commandes, factures)
- Support à l'équipe Customer Support dans la saisie et la mise à jour des cotations
- Préparer les rapports (sous Excel) tels que:

- Suivi des KPI
- Rapport hebdomadaire d'activité
- Rapport de trésorerie
- Support au reporting de suivi de la rentabilité des chantiers (dashboard) : mise à jour hebdomadaire des données et aider à l'amélioration du tableau de bord
- Toutes autres tâches afin d'aider l'équipe de support client
- **Le profil**_
- Être diplômé d'un Bac +2 ou équivalent en gestion ou gestion commerciale avec une expérience reconnue sur un poste équivalent
- Maîtriser le secteur d'activité de l'industrie (idéalement aéronautique)
- Anglais courant (lu, parlé et écrit)
- Maîtrise des outils informatique exigés (maîtrise du logiciel excel exigé)

Le salaire sera attrayant et déterminé en fonction de vos qualifications, de votre expérience et de la contribution du poste.
