A private clinic in Liévin is looking for a general practitioner to join their palliative care team.
Facility: The establishment is a non-profit association at the heart of the health project of the Lens-Liévin Agglomeration Community in partnership with the Lens Hospital Center. You will find a Polyvalent Medicine department, Emergency Unit/USC, and the geriatric sector consisting of Short Stay, MRSA, the Geriatrics Mobile Team, frailty screening center, geriatric day hospital, MRSA day hospital, USLD, and a nursing home. As part of this expansion, the management is opening a new Geriatric-oriented Palliative Care unit with 10 beds.
Technical Platform: In order to efficiently treat its patients, the center has a very high-quality technical platform: · Consultation area with cardiology, pneumology, and neurology equipment· Sonography area (Doppler ultrasound, abdominal ultrasound, thyroid ultrasound, etc.)· Radiology/CT/MRI imaging area in connection with a GIE· Rehabilitation area· Direct access to the Filieris medical analysis laboratory, located within the facility.
The Position: You will join a team including physiotherapists, nurses, psychologists, dieticians, social workers, trained in pain management and handling care (respect for patients/caregivers).Contract Type: Full-time permanent contract (possibility of part-time)Type of Practice: SalariedRemuneration: according to the profile (starting from 10,000 EUR/month) Existing Team: To provide quality care, the unit operates with healthcare professionals specially trained to ensure patient care, including:
- A medical team (geriatricians-general practitioners, etc.)
- A complete paramedical team
You will provide care to the facility's patients, ensuring continuity (initial assessment, definition of individual therapeutic project, follow-up, and patient discharge assessment). You will contribute to the development and implementation of the facility's project and medical project, especially in the context of meetings and coordination. In collaboration with the Director of the establishment, you will actively participate in integrating the facility into healthcare pathways. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of care by actively participating in quality and risk management processes and by developing good professional practices. Holder of a State Doctorate in Medicine and the required diploma, certificate, or qualification according to the specialty practiced as per current regulations. Registration with the Order of Physicians and the Shared Directory of Health Professionals (RPPS) is mandatory. Requirements: To apply for this position, you must hold a medical degree.
