**Description du poste**
Sous la responsabilité de la direction des opérations vous assurez le suivi journalier des centres de contact et des dossiers clients en coordination avec les autres départements internes.
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes:
- Suivre au quotidien les performances quanti et quali des agent du call center et alerter sur les problématiques relevées
- Préparer certains traitements à confier au prestataire au fil de l'eau (solutions de reprotection, consignes de gestion d'un épisode de crise, consignes d'indemnisation pour un événement particulier, etc.)
- Assister les équipes en niveau 2 sur les problèmes remontés par les agents, comme:
- Des demandes clients particulières
- Des retours de fournisseurs
- Des décisions de prises en charge au-delà d'un seuil prédéfini
- Gérer en direct des situations clients compliquées ou des remontées négatives e-reputation (FB, twitter, forums)
- Proposer des plans d'action issus de ses analyses, et les mettre en œuvre ou les confier aux autres services (projets, formation, etc.)

**Qualifications**
De formation Bac + 2 à Bac + 5, vous maîtrisez idéalement la relation avec les centres de contact et connaissez le secteur du tourisme.
La maîtrise d**'Anglais **est impérative à l'écrit et à l'oral. Une autre langue européenne serait un grand plus(Italien, Espagnol, Néerlandais etc)
Vous faites preuve de sens client, d'une forte autonomie, d'une bonne communication.
Vous êtes très organisé(e) et savez gérer le stress.
Avoir des notions de droit(CGV, code de tourisme) serait un grand plus
Également, vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques dont Excel.
Vous êtes volontaire, organisé et avez l'esprit d'équipe.
