Vous ferez partie d'une équipe dont l'objectif est de concevoir, construire, exploiter et entretenir des biens immobiliers, des infrastructures et des installations techniques
La FMRE est également en charge de la gestion des services généraux tels que les services clients (restauration, transport, édition, archivage, librairie, etc.) et les services chantiers (nettoyage, traitement des déchets, espaces verts, logistique, etc.)
Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

**Vos challenges**:
Au sein de l'équipe Facility Management & Real Estate Business Partners
- vous aurez des interfaces à travers toutes les lignes de services FMRE
- vous ferez également partie du nouveau projet ADS Campus Grand Paris, avec la responsabilité du pôle Space Management
- établir et développer des relations étroites avec les principaux partenaires commerciaux (responsables de site, fonctions, ressources humaines ) ainsi qu'avec les équipes FMRE - améliorer la relation interne FMRE entre les lignes de services FMRE (connexions Front office - Back office)
**Votre profil**:
- Excellentes compétences de communication ( **anglais / français **)
- Capacité à collaborer au sein d'une équipe et dans un environnement de projet
- Être **sensible aux besoins des clients **et faire preuve d'une **solide gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs et les clients**:
- Connaissance du **périmètre du Facility Management **, et du Space Management en particulier
- Bon sens de l'organisation, bon relationnel, esprit d'équipe
- Autonome et adaptable
- Compétences naturelles en leadership
- Capacité à interagir avec chaque niveau hiérarchique de l'entreprise
