Job activities and responsibilities:

The strategy and operations specialist will support the COO on strategic projects by monitoring these.

The objective of this position is to contribute to the company's operational success by streamlining activities, identifying areas of improvement and monitoring strategic projects.


Main responsibilities

  • Support the COO on strategic projects and contributing to the successful delivery
  • Assist the COO to monitor strategic projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget and meet the required quality standards. Realise every analysis needed for the projects.
  • Support the leadership team on data based decisions by providing adhoc analyses of data
  • Support the creation of a new pricing and facilitate a companywide rollout. Monitor our pricing and deviate applicable pricing optimisation strategies
  • Contribute to the successful integration of acquired companies and further optimise our PMI process
  • Identify areas for process improvement across the company and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Facilitate the successful rollout and adoption of new software platform.
  • Support our global sales ops team and streamline activities with our local teams when needed

Qualifications:

Who are you?

  • Master's degree a top engineering or business school
  • First experience/internship in Strategy Consulting
  • Rigor and strong analytical skills;
  • Synthesis and writing skills;
  • Great interpersonal skills and sense of autonomy;
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
