**Airbus Defence & Space **recherche un **Bid Manager (H/F) **pour rejoindre le département **Intelligence Defence and Security Bids **basé à **Elancourt, France **.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe en charge du management des réponses aux appels d'offre.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

**Vos challenges**
- Diriger et gérer la préparation de l'offre dans le respect du process, de la réunion stratégique à la validation finale, avant qu'elle ne soit remise au client par l'entité Sales.
- Planifier et diriger l'offre et l'équipe pluri-disciplinaire chargée de l'offre, y compris la coordination des partenaires impliqués.
- Élaborer une offre comprenant des aspects techniques (cahier des charges) et commerciaux (prix, risques, CGV) en respectant les temps/qualité/coût ainsi qu'éthique et conformité.
- Challenger l'équipe afin de proposer l'offre la plus attractive possible tout restant profitable et réalisable.
- Préparer, soumettre et présenter les documents nécessaires aux comités compétents pour obtenir les validations internes avant remise de l'offre.
- Soutenir le responsable commercial lors de la finalisation du plan de capture de l'offre, la présentation et la discussion de l'offre, si nécessaire.
- Effectuer la passation vers le futur chef de projet, et assurer la mise en oeuvre d'un retour d'expérience sur la phase d'offre réalisée

**Votre profil**

Vous avez la formation, les expériences et compétences suivantes:

- Master **ingénieur **ou **commercial**
- Première expérience réussie dans le domaine **du bid **, de la **gestion de projet **ou de la **vente**
- Une connaissance du domaine, de l'organisation et des **systèmes militaires**
- Une expérience dans le **management fonctionnel d'équipe pluri-disciplinaire **(sans autorité hiérarchique)
- Une bonne compréhension des enjeux et leviers d'une **relation avec un client**
- De l'aisance dans la communication verbale et écrite
- Une attitude positive, appréciant la compétition et une forte volonté de gagner
- Un **niveau de négociation en français et anglais **(niveau intermédiaire en Allemand optionnellement)
