Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Vendeur/d'une Vendeuse enthousiaste et de confiance en CDD [à temps plein] pour rejoindre notre équipe de [VF - The North Face] basée à [La Vallée Village - Serris ].

The North Face est une filiale de VF, la plus importante société de vêtements et de chaussures au monde, comprenant plus de 30 marques.

Vous vous demandez peut-être « Mais qui est VF ? ». Et bien, si vous avez un mode de vie particulièrement actif, vous connaissez sûrement déjà très bien des marques telles que Vans, The North Face, Timberland, Napapijri, et bien d'autres. Il ne s'agit que de quelques-uns des noms que notre entreprise fabrique et commercialise dans plus de 1 500 magasins à travers 170 pays.

En tant que visage de notre marque, votre contribution sera essentielle car vous devrez fournir un service client exceptionnel et contribuer à la réussite du magasin.

Nous attendons de nos Vendeurs qu'ils offrent un service client exceptionnel et contribuent à la réussite du magasin en accomplissant les fonctions suivantes:
Partager votre passion pour les produits [The North Face] avec la clientèle
Vous avez pour responsabilité de rendre votre magasin attractif afin qu'il soit toujours prêt à recevoir des clients
Mieux connaître nos produits afin d'inspirer nos clients
Stimuler les ventes en comprenant les objectifs du magasin
Suivre les normes, politiques et procédures du magasin

Ce travail est-il fait pour vous ?
Vous avez une attitude proactive et positive
Vous êtes ouvert(e) et vous aimez le contact avec les gens, vous savez vous exprimer, écouter et comprendre vos clients
Vous faites preuve d'un véritable intérêt pour les modes de vie actifs, la mode ou les tendances de vente
Vous apprenez vite et vous aimez relever des défis
Vous parlez couramment [français et anglais]
Vous êtes prêt(e) à travailler le weekend, le soir et pendant les vacances, si nécessaire

Qu'est-ce qui fait de vous le Vendeur/la Vendeuse idéal(e) ?
Tout d'abord, vous AIMEZ l'interaction avec la clientèle. Aider les clients à trouver le produit qu'il leur faut vous passionne et vous souhaitez que chaque client quitte votre magasin heureux. Vous réalisez que chaque client peut requérir une approche différente et vous savez vous adapter.

Votre passion et votre enthousiasme pour la marque, votre magasin et votre volonté d'offrir un excellent service client devraient transparaître.

On devrait pouvoir travailler en y prenant plaisir, il est donc important que tous nos Vendeurs participent à la création d'un environnement solide et coopératif. Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe et êtes prêt(e) à tout pour contribuer à la réussite de toute l'équipe. Jamais vous ne direz qu'une tâche « ne vous concerne pas ».

Ce serait super si vous aviez déjà une expérience dans la vente, mais ce qui compte le plus, c'est que vous ayez l'attitude décrite ci-dessus. Si vous avez l'attitude, vous excellerez dans la vente en un rien de temps.
