Contexte du poste

Aujourd'hui, nous recherchons activement un Manager en transformation numérique en Industrie (H/F), pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, une ESN, Great Place to Work, en très forte croissance.

Elle souhaite développer l'équipe de l'Unité Opérationnelle de son pôle Transport et Industrie. Ce Pôle accompagne les grands acteurs industriels dans leur transformation numérique. Il intervient sur des projets de modernisation des systèmes d'information, d'évolution des organisations et des méthodologies.

Descriptif du poste et missions

Dans ce cadre, le futur Manager interviendra sur des activités regroupées en trois volets :

Volet Opérations : mener à bien les projets de transformation des directions informatiques et métiers de ses clients grands comptes en :

  • Intervenant directement en mission sous la forme de prestations de conseil, d'expertise et de pilotage de projets,
  • Pilotant le suivi des projets qui lui seront,
  • Mettant en œuvre les actions permettant d'atteindre les objectifs de rentabilité sur les missions encadrées et en assurant la gestion financière,
  • Réalisant le reporting et en étant force de proposition auprès de la Direction de l'Unité Opérationnelle de rattachement et du Pôle.

Volet Activités managériales et RH : être le relais des Directeurs d'Unités Opérationnelles et participer au recrutement, au développement et à la fidélisation des collaborateurs qu'il manage

Le futur Manager pilotera également un à deux Seniors Managers objectivés sur des périmètres clients proches des siens. L'équipe à encadrer sera donc composée de 15 à 20 consultants.

Volet Business : être force de proposition et directement engagé dans le développement des activités, notamment avec l'appui de l'équipe commerciale du Pôle, en :

  • Développant les comptes clients,
  • Conquérant de nouveaux prospects,
  • Travaillant au sein du Centre de Compétences SI Industriels.

Profil recherché

Vous êtes diplômé d'une formation supérieure de type école d'ingénieurs, école de commerce ou université et vous êtes un Manager confirmé et ambitionnez d'évoluer vers un poste de Directeur.

Vos bénéficiez d'une expérience de 8 ans minimum dans un cabinet de conseil ou une ESN et avez une expérience significative dans l'Industrie.

Vous êtes en mesure de piloter non seulement des équipes mais aussi des projets d'envergure.

Passionné(e) par le numérique et les innovations technologiques, vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe dynamique et investie pour travailler sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée.

Agile, et doté(e) d'un grand sens du service, vous êtes autonome avec une âme de leader. Vous avez un excellent relationnel et une attitude positive : vous et vos équipes saurez faire la différence auprès de nos clients
