**Votre fonction**:
Rattaché au chef de groupe vous êtes chargé de la vision stratégique et du développement d'une grande marque de Rhum en étroite collaboration avec les filiales du groupe, et d'assurer sa cohérence et une exécution réussie sur tous les marchés concernés. Vous assurez également le développement d'innovations pour l'international.
Vos missions sont les suivantes:
- Collaborer à l'élaboration de la stratégie de la marque pour l'international et être force de proposition, en collaboration avec le Marketing Manager et le Marketing Director
- Maintenir un contact régulier avec les différents pays pour comprendre leur marché et identifier leurs besoins, menaces et opportunités
- Identifier les opportunités d'innovation et d'extension de gamme pour l'international, en lien avec les différents marchés
- Piloter le développement des innovations et extension de gamme (liquide et packaging) jusqu'à la mise sur le marché, avec le site de production et les différentes parties prenantes
- Fournir des guidelines et outils marketing efficaces aux marchés sur la façon d'adapter et d'exécuter localement la stratégie de la marque (innovations, ATL, BTL, activations) et soutenir les équipes locales dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de leurs plans marketing et stratégies de lancement
- Rassembler les plans marketing locaux de tous les marchés afin d'avoir une vue d'ensemble des activités de la marque et suivre les performances de la marque au niveau international
- Gérer son budget A&P
- Maîtriser le P&L et les indicateurs financiers de la marque
Pour ce poste, mon client propose:
- Une rémunération fixe comprise entre 45K et 55K€ selon profil + bonus
- Intéressement
- Prime de fin d'année de 1.000€ brut après 1 an d'ancienneté
- Télétravail (2j /semaine)
- Mutuelle
- Titres restaurant d'une valeur faciale de 10€ (60% employeur / 40% salarié)
- Retraite complémentaire : contribution employeur de 2% du salaire brut annuel
**Votre profil**:
- Ecole de commerce ou Mastère équivalent
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en brand management dans l'industrie des spiritueux
- Connaissance du marché des spiritueux et des canaux de distribution
- Expérience fortement souhaitée en développement d'innovations et/ou d'extensions de gamme
- Expérience confirmée dans des fonctions de marketing stratégique au niveau international
- Expérience confirmée dans le développement d'une campagne ATL, du brief à l'exécution.

- Maîtrise de l'anglais
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion de projet
