Au sein de la Direction Nucléaire de notre client, la prestation d'Ingénierie Projet sera rattachée au Directeur d'Unité (DUN) adjoint de l'unité Civil, Démantèlement et Défense (CDD).
La prestation interviendra principalement pour le projet du TECHNOCENTRE Fessenheim au sein des bureaux de son client afin de créer le lien direct avec les équipes notre client techniques GC en Back office (Lyon, Marseille, Saint Ouen, Bruxelles, ).
Le projet principal, en phase Avant-Projet de Détail (APD), comprend la création d'une installation industrielle destinée à traiter divers métaux issus d'installations nucléaires ainsi que des différents bâtiments annexes et administratifs en phase APD.
La prestation aura pour objectif de gérer les interfaces techniques entre les différents lot métiers (GC / VRD / Électricité / Fluide / Ventilation /Mécanique /) de projets multi métiers, majoritairement dans le domaine de génie civil, géotechnique et second œuvre.
Les missions seront les suivantes:
- Fluidifier les échanges entre les participants du projet ;
- Comprendre les demandes et exigences de son Client et les transmettre aux équipes de notre client en back office et/ou aux autres lots ;
- Gérer les interfaces internes et externes du projet entre notre client, son Client et les autres lots ;
- Gérer la configuration du projet : évolution documentaire, technique exigences), maquettes, interfaces,
- Gérer les modifications du projet vis-à-vis des demandes supplémentaire faite à notre client ;
- Participer aux réunion de synthèse ;
- Faire remonter les besoins de son Client à votre supérieur ;
- Participer avec l'équipe de son Client aux différentes revues d'exigences et de conception ;
- Accompagner son Client dans ses démarches, proposer des prestations annexes si besoin (type géotechnique, topographie, etc.) ;
- Développer et rédiger des guides techniques, recenser des catalogues de standards des différents produits (gros œuvre/ferraillage, 2nd œuvre, VRD,BIM), harmonisation des pièces écrites ;
- Recenser les données d'entrées auprès de son Client et des autres lots pour la bonne réalisation du projet ;
- Garantir que le projet respecte le "système qualité" de notre client, les standards de la Direction et répondent aux exigences de son Client ;
- Identifier et anticiper les risques et les aléas.
Les livrables seront les suivants:
- Compte rendu mensuel d'avancement du projet.
PROFIL
- Nombre d'années d'expérience minimum : 7-8 ans;
- Vision projet multi métiers, entre ingénierie GC / Système / Coordination Technique / Architecture d'ensemble.
- Maitrise des logiciels : Pack Office (impératif), CAD (recommandé).
- Expérience sectorielle : Nucléaire.
- Langue / Niveau : Français; Anglais (recommandé).
- Visa Shengen
