Founded in 1910, the Trianon Palace** offers 85 rooms and 15 suites which offer superb views of the Parc de Versailles and the gardens of our estate.

This heritage steeped in history offers us numerous sumptuous spaces including a large gallery bathed in daylight, and decorated in a discreet and contemporary style.

The Pavillon du Trianon**, located opposite the Trianon Palace, offers 99 rooms of modern and sophisticated elegance, most of which also offer a magnificent view of the estate's garden.

We are looking for a daytime receptionist M/F to join the fantastic reception team made up of receptionists, concierges, valets and baggage handlers, supervised by our Reception Services Manager.

A true ambassador of the hotel, in collaboration and under the direction of the Reception Services Manager and the Daytime Brigade Manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of reception, services and customer satisfaction.

• Position to be filled on permanent contract as soon as possible
• Salary to be defined according to profile
• 39 hours/week morning shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. evening shift 3:00 p.m. to 11:20 p.m.

Your missions

• Carry out reception and departure formalities for customers (individuals or groups),

Greet the customer (telephone and physical) and create an unforgettable experience for our customers,
Inform the customer about the conditions of stay, formalities and services offered by the hotel,
Participate in planning room occupancy, bill collection and deferred services.

Required profile

• You are bilingual in French and English,
• You have at least 2 years' experience in reception service in a similar luxury establishment workstudy program included,
