Quel est votre projet ?
Nous recherchons un Pilote développement Software (SWEPL) afin d'intervenir sur nos problématiques de R&D et/ou sur les projets complexes que l'on réalise pour nos clients de l'industrie du transport sous le mode forfaitaire, ou au plus près de leurs locaux.
Où se situe le projet ?
Vous serez rattaché à notre agence de Saint-Priest : et vous pourrez être amené à intervenir chez nos clients de la région Lyonnaise.
Votre rôle dans ce projet :
En tant que Pilote Développement Software ou « Software Electronic project leader », vous êtes garant de la politique technique pour une famille de composants et vous vous assurez de son application en projet ou en Vie Série.
Votre rôle consiste à définir les cahiers des charges, plans de validations, règles de conception et standards.Vous êtes garant de l'intégration des composants embarqués sur véhicule et assurez l'application des règles métiers lors des checks aux jalons. L'activité comprend également le pilotage, vis-à-vis du projet, le développement et l'industrialisation des composants électroniques. Vous participez à la résolution des problèmes techniques et capitalisez les retours d'expériences. Pour ce faire, vous respectez les règles métiers et standards, les cahiers des charges et plans de validations génériques, contribuez à la construction des dossiers techniques et réalisez le reporting vers les référents projet et qualité. Vous êtes en lien constant avec les équipes de conception (concepteurs, pilotes de développements et de validations systèmes et pilote de développement projet), les fournisseurs et les acheteurs.

La mission sera située sur site client et/ou à l'agence Expleo.
Qui êtes-vous ?
De formation Ingénieur Généraliste ou Electronique, vous justifiez d'une première expérience en gestion de projet et développement système et/ou composant acquise idéalement chez un constructeur ou un équipementier automobile.
Vos qualités ? .
Autonome, rigoureux(se), vous possédez d'un excellent esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, de bonnes capacités de rédaction et vous aimez travailler en équipe. Votre esprit d'initiative et votre force de proposition seront des atouts indéniables. Vous êtes agile et polyvalent sur les missions qui seront proposées.
Vos compétences ?
Vous disposez d'un bon niveau d'anglais et de fortes capacités d'analyses, de synthèse et d'adaptation. Également, vous avez une connaissance globale :
