**La gestion du support aux activités opérationnelles**:
- Assurer le suivi des encours de réparation chez les fournisseurs en conformité avec les niveaux de services contractuels des fournisseurs.
- Coordonner les actions nécessaires pour piloter les flux de réparations avec les équipes opérationnelles.
- Partager les informations fournisseurs (contacts, prix, etc.) en assurant la mise à jour des documents de référence internes (Bases de données)
- Rechercher les sources de réparation disponibles pour supporter les activités de Repair Management.
- Être le référent interne du portfolio de fournisseurs attribués.
- Récupérer régulièrement les listes de capacités de réparation des fournisseurs et annuellement les prix de réparation
**La gestion des performances des fournisseurs**:
- Mettre en place et monitorer les performances des fournisseurs.
- Partager en internet et en externe les indicateurs de suivi de performance des fournisseurs.
- Préparer des revues de performances en collaboration avec le Strategic Partnership Manager.
- Assurer le suivi des plans d'amélioration de performance pour les fournisseurs délinquants.
**Au maintien de la Qualité dans les relations avec les partenaires**:
- Récupérer les documents Qualité nécessaires à la qualification des fournisseurs et des centres de réparation.
- Participer aux réunions d'amélioration continue.
- Emettre des fiches de dysfonctionnement en lien avec l'activité du portfolio de fournisseurs gérés.
- Assurer les actions qui découlent de la démarche d'amélioration continue mise en place par le service Qualité.
- Participer à la rédaction des consignes opérationnelles et des modes opératoires, les mettre à jour et les utiliser.
- Aider à résoudre les litiges avec les fournisseurs en coordination avec les départements internes (gestionnaire de compte, équipe technique )

Bac + 3 ou 5 ans d'expérience équivalente.
L'anglais est indispensable
