By Kilian, marque de parfum créé par Kilian Hennessy, et appartenant au Groupe Estée Lauder recherche un(e) Stagiaire Assistant(e) Développement de Produit. Au quotidien, vous assurerez un véritable rôle de relai auprès de l'équipe développement produit.

**PRINCIPALES MISSIONS**:

- Participer au développement des nouvelles collections de parfums et d'accessoires : Etude concurrence (suivi du marché, des nouveautés, prix) pour alimenter les concepts et aider les lancements recherche créative de noms pour de futurs lancements et suivi des développement fragrance, makeup, bath & body.
- Assistance dans les différentes phases de développement produit : briefs créatifs.
- Aide à la réalisation des packs et brief pour document d'exécution.
- Suivre et actualiser les collections existantes
- Suivi des opérations particulières
- Suivi des échantillons pour les réunions, la presse, les shootings etc

**Qualifications**
- Etudiant(e) en Ecole de Commerce / Stage de fin d'études
- Un stage significatif en parfum et make-up est un atout
- Anglais courant impératif
- Sensibilité créative
- Proactif/ve, rigoureux/se, polyvalent(e)
- Sens des priorités
- Maitrise complète Pack office obligatoire
