**Contexte**:
La Squad Contact-Center & Collaboration assiste notamment les employés sur l?ensemble de ses besoins en collaboration (Chat, Visio, Partage documentaire, Co-édition ) et accompagne ses projets de transformation afin de fournir des solutions IT pour:
Permettre à nos employés de communiquer par écrit, voix et vidéo au travers du moyen de leur choix
Contrôler la communication sur les différents canaux pour assurer une qualité et une sécurité nécessaire.
Permettre l?usage de la plateforme et des canaux par les employés mais aussi par des BOT ou autres éléments programmables et interopérables.
Faciliter le partage d?information et de documentation entre les employés et les différentes population métier
Accroitre la productivité et encourager la créativité des équipes à travers nos outils de collaboration
Favoriser le travail et la réflexion d?équipe au profit des ambitions de l?entreprise

**Objectifs et livrables**:
Positionné face à l?ensemble des collaborateurs internes à l?entreprise, le Chef de Projet fera partie intégrante de la Squad Contact-Center & Collaboration.

Il sera en charge du recueil du besoin (AMOA), de la conception fonctionnelle macro et micro avec les développeurs et les key users, et sera le point de contact de toutes les parties prenantes aux projets de son périmètre.

Il pilotera l?identification de solution de collaboration alternatives et en place permettant de développer la collaboration inter-métier au sein de l?entreprise, le partage d?information et de document, dans le respect de nos valeurs et de nos contraintes de souveraineté.

**Le poste repose sur 5 axes**:
**Opérationnel**: Identification de solution alternatives, formalisation de cahier des charges, recueil de besoin

**Stratégique**: identification, formalisation des enjeux d?entreprise autour de la collaboration intern

**Organisationnel**: Mise en place de la gouvernance projet autour de la

**Fonctionnelle**: participation à la définition des besoins, animation et communication de la roadmap et des évolutions. Montée en maturité des utilisateurs sur l?utilisation et appropriation des outils.

**Gouvernance**: mise en place de la gestion de produits et des versions par plateforme.

**Vos objectifs sont**:
S?assurer que l?ensemble des key user sont identifiés et cartographiés
Mise en place d?une communauté et de l?animation associée
Mise en place d?un process de recueil des besoins et évaluation de leur pertinence, et de leur priorisation avec les key users.
S?assurer que l?élaboration d?une vision produit / release s?inscrit toujours dans une optique globale et bird eye des process métiers
S?assurer que les releases priorisent la valeur métier la plus forte
S?assurer de la qualité de ce qui est livré, ainsi que de l?accompagnement client (formation, documentation )
Participer au support vis-à-vis des différents canaux de communication.
Formaliser documentations utilisateurs, demandes, méthodes, processus et tests
Implémenter un suivi de la satisfaction client
Mettre en place la gestion (process, KPI) sur les usages des outils
Participer à l?évolution de la plateforme et des outils collaboratifs.
