En tant que membre clé de l'organisation responsable de l'excellence commerciale opérationnelle, le Directeur Direct Market F/H/NB sera chargé de maximiser la valeur des initiatives développées par l'équipe Global Commercial Operations Excellence (GCOE) lorsqu'elles sont exécutées localement.

Quelles seront vos responsabilités ?
Gérer la mise en œuvre des priorités annuelles et le déploiement de nouveaux modèles commerciaux pour les activités cliniques et industrielles dans chaque région. Être responsable de la mise en œuvre et de l'adoption des meilleures pratiques, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le réseau d'experts locaux de l'excellence commerciale.
Être responsable du processus commercial tout au long du parcours client pour le marché direct.
Collaborer avec les régions pour identifier et rassembler les besoins afin de booster et réinventer notre modèle commercial tel que défini dans nos stratégies internes Full Potential et InPulse.
Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales locales pour donner vie aux initiatives d'excellence commerciale.
Accompagner les leaders des différents pays dans les projets de transformation commerciale, faire des recommandations sur les priorités et les ressources si nécessaire.
Assurer une étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe du groupe GCOE pour intégrer les meilleures pratiques créées dans un parcours commercial fluide pour les opérations.

Qui êtes-vous?
Titulaire d'un Master avec un minimum de 15 années d'expérience en vente, marketing, gestion d'entreprise ou domaines connexes.
8 à 12 ans d'expérience dans la direction d'un département dans les ventes, le marketing ou la gestion d'entreprise.
Expérience réussie en gestion de projets à grande échelle et exposition à des initiatives internationales complexes.
Capacité à communiquer dans un environnement international, multiculturel.
Fortes compétences d'influence
Excellentes compétences analytiques et organisationnelles.
Très bon utilisateur de la méthodologie Miller Heiman et du CRM Salesforce.
Capacité à créer un solide réseau interne.
Disponibilité pour voyager
