Composition de l'équipe à venir

En raison d'une croissance significative de nos activités, nous cherchons un Expert en Gestion d'Incidents, ayant une expérience préalable réussie dans un poste similaire, pour rejoindre notre équipe CERT. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe composée d'experts en enquêtes informatiques et rétro-ingénierie, de spécialistes techniques et de gestionnaires de situations de crise. Vous serez impliqué dans des enquêtes allant de cas standards de cybercriminalité à des défis techniques complexes. Les activités de surveillance, bulletins d'information et alertes sont gérées au sein de la cellule Threat Intelligence et ne font pas partie des compétences du CERT.

Objectif de notre pôle

Le CERT-Intrinsec est un CSIRT privé axé sur les entreprises et les institutions, intervenant pour : des clients impliqués dans des situations techniques et de crises, des clients confrontés à des incidents identifiés par le SOC et la Threat Intelligence Intrinsec, ainsi que pour soutenir Intrinsec dans la protection de l'entreprise.

Le CERT-Intrinsec est actif au sein de l'interCERT-FR et possède une qualification PRIS délivrée par l'ANSSI. Il est constitué de membres permanents et d'intervenants des autres secteurs (SOC, Audit & pentest, Consulting) travaillant à temps partiel.

Le CERT-Intrinsec se développe vigoureusement, offrant à ses membres l'opportunité de travailler sur une grande diversité de missions, allant d'investigations courtes à des projets d'équipe combinant diverses compétences d'Intrinsec sur des périodes prolongées. Ce service est un élément clé de la stratégie d'Intrinsec avec de grandes ambitions de croissance.

Description du poste

Votre rôle implique plusieurs aspects :

Pendant la phase de qualification client :

  • Prise de contact initiale : préqualification de l'incident, identification des premiers éléments critiques, et orientation vers d'autres contacts internes si nécessaire
  • Gestion du contexte et mise en place de l'environnement technique dédié
  • Résumé destiné au client pour soutenir la proposition commerciale

Pendant la réponse à l'incident :

  • Interface principale avec le client
  • Organisation logistique, planification et attribution des ressources techniques et humaines
  • Supervision et priorisation des actions (détection, analyse et confinement des incidents)
  • Responsable de la stratégie de réponse en gérant et priorisant les demandes du client ou des tiers, et en consolidant les recommandations avec un suivi régulier
  • Coordination avec les entités internes et externes
  • Rédaction des synthèses quotidiennes
  • Garantie de la qualité, du respect des délais et de la maintenance des outils Intrinsec
  • Remise des résultats au client et clôture de la mission
  • Capitalisation et amélioration continue liées aux missions

Compétences requises

  • Formation d'Ingénieur ou équivalent, spécialisé en Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information, à la recherche d'une nouvelle opportunité professionnelle
  • Connaissance des méthodes utilisées lors d'intrusions
  • Expertise technique variée : protocoles réseau, systèmes d'exploitation, méthodes offensives, techniques d'investigation. L'anglais est indispensable en raison de la clientèle internationale.

Qualités recherchées

Vous serez mis à contribution dans des situations critiques ou face à des interlocuteurs stressés, faisant preuve de sang-froid tout en absorbant des informations parfois contradictoires. Votre analyse et votre prise de recul vous permettent de conseiller efficacement lors de décisions importantes.
