Fondée en 2002, et basée au Royaume-Uni, servant actuellement plus de 80 clients mondiaux - dans plus de 40 pays - Nomad conçoit, construit, déploie et gère le Wi-Fi pour les passagers et les systèmes d'info divertissement embarqués pour les passagers. Nomad fournit également des solutions de surveillance et de maintenance basées sur l'état à distance en ligne pour optimiser la gestion de la flotte, les performances opérationnelles et améliorer l'économie de carburant.
**Tâches et responsabilités**:
- Responsable de la planification des interventions avec les clients.
- Résolution de panne chez le client / à distance et analyse des causes des défaillances (logiciel 90% des cas / matériel).
- Réfèrent technique pour les clients et le service desk.
- Résolutions d'incidents logiciel réseaux, Wifi, modem, fibre à distance.
- Présentation des indicateurs de suivi d'actions et de performance durant des réunions hebdomadaire avec les clients.
- Identification et résolution des pannes sur site et à distance.
- Maintenir l'inventaire des pièces de rechange et demander le réapprovisionnement si nécessaire.
- Aider les chefs de projet à mener à bien les tâches liées aux projets, telles que les mises à niveau du matériel, les essais et la mise en service.

- Installation et exploitation d'équipements réseau - Essentiel
- Expérience avec des systèmes Wifi et cellulaire - Préférable
- Expérience avec un outil de gestion de ticket en ligne - Préférable
- Esprit synthétique et bonne communication client - Essentiel
- Microsoft Office - Préférable
- Connaissance des systèmes LINUX/UNIX - Essentiel
- Scripting sous LINUX/UNIX - Préférable
- Anglais - Préférable
