1. Elaboration de la stratégie zone : Réalisation du Budget et du Plan d'Action pour relever les ambitions de l'année

2. Réussir les lancements majeurs de l'année (plan a 360 et actions terrain)

3. Optimiser la profitabilité du network W&J

4. Elaboration et Suivi des target par magasin et identification des besoins

**Développement Commercial Haute **Joaillerie** & Haute Horlogerie en EMEA**

1. Plan de recrutement de clients (data analysis to identify client pool) et de développement de vendeurs (external trainers, coaching sessions)

2. Evenements HJ & HWM: (élaboration du planning conjointement avec Clientelling)
- Travailler main dans la main avec le Clientelling pour optimiser les profiles EMEA invités + plan de developement individuel de client
- Gestion pre-event (training, commission scheme, task force, finance, relation LV Host/Expert); durant l'event (aide au RDV client) et post-event (suivi de facturation, suivi MTO avec central...)

3. Daily Business:

- strategie retailization
- Préparer les soumissions et faire le suivi

**Elaboration et implementation de la stratégie Experts EMEA**

Identifier les besoins de chaque région et mettre en place des objectifs ; Assister dans les recrutements et/ou les nominations & animer la communauté.

**Prise de parole W&J**

Faire rayonner la catégorie de produit W&J dans la zone a travers la presence terrain et les différents canaux de communication

**Profile**:

- Expertise en Montre et Joaillerie indispensable
- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en merchandising et/ou Retail
- Expérience en management d'équipe
- Expérience internationale

Poste basé à Paris, au sein du siège EMEA.
