Solutions techniques stratégiques pour la transformation de l'entreprise :
- Travailler avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire pour concevoir les solutions techniques nécessaires afin de soutenir les transformations de l'entreprise et d'articuler les solutions business tout en démontrant leur efficacité technique.
- Aider à la configuration de la solution Workday HCM recruiting, démontrer les configurations par le développement de systèmes prototypes et aider le client à tester la solution Workday.
Excellence en matière de gestion et de réalisation de projets :
- Gérer ou exécuter les produits livrables et la portée d'un projet spécifique afin de garantir le respect des calendriers et des échéances du projet.
- Effectuer des revues de processus RH pour s'assurer de la posture contrôle du client et limiter au maximum les risques financiers, légaux et opérationnels.
Spécifications fonctionnelles :
- Veiller au respect de la méthodologie et des exigences Workday sur les projets
- Analyser, conseiller et guider les clients tout au long de leur parcours de transformation RH en utilisant vos connaissances en matière de GRH dans l'évaluation et la refonte des processus RH pour proposer la solution la mieux adaptée basée sur Workday.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Nous recherchons un profil ayant :
- Un diplôme d'ingénieur ou d'une grande école de commerce ou un Bac +5 universitaire
- Au minimum 3 ans d'expérience sur workday et 2 ans d'expérience sur HCM recruiting
- Une expérience approfondie en matière de conseil, axée sur les solutions ERP/Workday
- Une certification Workday HCM Recruiting
- Une expérience confirmée dans la réalisation d'un minimum de 3+ implémentations de bout en bout chez le client
- Une excellente communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, en français et un bon niveau d'anglais
- Un esprit de synthèse et le sens des priorités.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- D'autres certifications Workday ((HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Benefits, Adaptive, Time Tracking, Payroll, Security) seraient un plus.
