Position Overview
The job holder will be leading the development of packaging solutions for a portfolio of projects on a range of global leading brands from our Luxury Make up Portfolio.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in the Packaging industry is desired for this role, ideally in the Luxury Beauty industry and Cosmetics - 5 years minimum - Technical Expert profile.
- Experience in leading new packaging development, ideally from design phase to in-market delivery (including packaging with specific tooling and production line qualification).
- Experience and strength in collaboration with both internal (Marketing, Procurement, R&D Formula, Quality, etc) and external stakeholders (suppliers, design agencies, fashion houses etc)
- Ability to work internationally. Able to travel when required by strategic programs (global suppliers, Coty plants)
- Professional fluency in English
- Academic qualifications: Masters in sciences or Bachelors with relevant experience
- CAD literacy will be a plus
**Descriptif**:
Le titulaire du poste aura pour mission principale de développer les emballages pour un portefeuille de projets cosmétiques sur une gamme maquillage de grandes marques mondiales de notre portefeuille de luxe.
Il sera en charge du développement des solutions d'emballage primaires et secondaires, depuis le brief (conception en partenariat avec le marketing, les agences de design et les maisons de mode) jusqu'à la production chez les fournisseurs, les sous-traitants et dans les usines Coty. Les développements devront satisfaire aux critères de délais, quantités, avec une qualité sans compromis, et dans le respect des couts.
- Le rôle nécessite un haut niveau de collaboration interne avec l'équipe multifonctionnelle (Marketing, Approvisionnement, Fabrication, Planification, Finance, Réglementaire, etc.) ainsi qu'en externe (Agences de design, Maisons de mode, universités, etc.).
- Le titulaire du poste cherchera activement à développer ses capacités organisationnelles contribuant aux atouts de l'organisation Global Coty Packaging Development. Cela peut inclure des avancées majeures dans le développement technologique, des capacités de prototypage et de rendu physiques et numériques, des approches de modélisation et de simulation, des avancées opérationnelles, etc., selon le profil, les capacités et les passions du titulaire du poste.
EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE / FORMATION
- Une expérience avérée dans l'industrie du Packaging est souhaitée pour ce poste, idéalement dans l'industrie de la Beauté de Luxe et de la Cosmétique - 5 ans minimum - Profil Technique Expert.
- Expérience dans le développement de nouveaux emballages, idéalement de la phase de conception à mise sur le marché (y compris emballage avec un outillage spécifique et la qualification de lignes de production)
- Expérience et forte collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes (Marketing, Achats, Formule R&D, Qualité, etc.) et externes (fournisseurs, agences de design, maisons de couture, etc.)
- Capacité à travailler à l'international. Capable de voyager lorsque cela est requis (fournisseurs mondiaux, usines Coty)
- Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais (langue de travail)
- Diplômes académiques : Diplôme d'ingénieur / Master Bac+5 ou Licence avec au moins 5 à 7 ans d'expérience
- La maîtrise de la CAO sera un plus
