The Cash Collection Specialist is responsible for collecting the maximum amount of overdue funds from customers, which may include a variety of collection techniques and legal claims and will be located in Europe.

• Plan and execute collection activities to maximize cash receipts.
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for nonpayment.
• Perform Credit Checks for new and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status.
• Cooperate well with sales team members and other team members.
• On an adhoc basis the Cash Collection Specialist may be asked to perform tasks not listed here.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Fluent English and basic French language skills are required.
• 3+ years of cash collection experience in an international environment.
• Bachelor in Accounting / Finance / Commerce preferred.
• Experience with advance cash collection tools (if possible, Oracle, SAP).
• Advanced PC skills, including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Internet.
