Notre équipe Data Referential se dédie justement à la collecte, la validation et la mise à disposition de données structurées sur les produits et marchés financiers.
Dans le cadre de notre projet Réferentiel 2.0 , nous souhaitons imaginer le futur du référentiel Data à CFM. A ce titre, nous cherchons aujourd'hui à recruter un Lead Data Engineer qui, du fait de son expertise, contribuera à l'atteinte de notre objectif. A la fois chef de projet et architecte de notre futur référentiel data, vous êtes responsable de la supervision et de la mise en œuvre d'un projet innovant centré sur les knowledge graphs et prenez en charge les missions suivantes:
Vous participez à la réflexion sur la conception et l'architecture du nouveau modèle (en tenant compte de la nécessaire interface avec le modèle existant) et prenez en charge les spécifications techniques en collaboration avec les parties prenantes du projet (équipes Recherche, Data, ...),
Vous participez activement aux développements des composants du projet,
A terme, vous recrutez et dirigez une équipe dédiée à ce projet.
Gestion de Projet :
Vous planifiez les différentes phases du projet, définissez les échéances et allouez les ressources nécessaires en collaboration avec les parties prenantes,
Vous suivez de près l'avancement des travaux, identifiez les risques potentiels et mettez en place des mesures correctives si nécessaire pour assurer le respect des délais et des objectifs.
Vous restez à l'affût des dernières avancées technologiques dans le domaine du traitement des données et des knowledge graphs , et évaluez leur pertinence pour le projet,
De formation supérieure type école d'ingénieurs, vous possédez une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 9 ans dans la conception, le développement et le déploiement de solutions de traitement et d'analyse de données,
Vous possédez une véritable expertise en développement Python pour la gestion de datasets (Pandas...) ainsi que des connaissances en SQL (la maîtrise d'AWS serait un plus apprécié),
Vous maîtrisez la gestion de projet tant au niveau de la coordination que de la gestion,
Vous avez déjà une expérience concrète de la gestion d'équipe,
Vous avez le sens de l'organisation, êtes curieux, autonome, rigoureux et avez envie d'entreprendre dans un environnement collaboratif,
Vous avez le goût du travail en équipe et le sens de la communication, avec la capacité à interagir efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés, aussi bien techniques que non techniques,
