Key responsibilities
- organizes its work in line with the instructions given by its line manager, the production schedule and the customer order book.
- monitory daily stock levels in line with order lists and customer orders
- take part in the annual physical inventory
- take delivery of goods to check quality/quantity
- enter delivery note in SAP
- organize, arrange and label items in the shop
- prepare and pack spare parts orders
- prepare orders for the manufacture of systems
- transport systems to subcontractors
- place supplier orders to supply stock, the workshop and customer orders

Key requirements

  • Notion of stock management techniques
  • Knowledge of English
  • Receive, check and store parts and materials
- mastery of stock management in the SAP environment
- rigor, team spirit
