As Digital & Data Project Director, you will have a key role in shaping our digital future. You will collaborate with various teams overseeing data, project management, and digital integration. Seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills.
You will be part of the Digital Transformation Department, engaging in global interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Team management:
    • Lead a team of 4FT in driving Data Vision initiatives.
    • Define data vision and roadmap for the company.
    • Promote a data-centric culture and empower teams to extract valuable insights from customer data.
    • Oversee data analytics and digital performance teams.
  • Strategic Portfolio management:
    • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize projects strategically.
    • Monitor project progress closely and identify potential roadblocks.
    • Promote communication and collaboration among project teams.
  • Project Management:
    • Implement effective project methodologies for efficient execution.
    • Manage project lifecycles, including budget adherence and risk mitigation.
    • Facilitate training on project management best practices.
  • Digital acculturation & innovation watch:
    • Define a roadmap for digital integration within the company.
    • Translate digital strategy into actionable programs for adoption.
    • Stay updated on digital trends for enhancing our ecosystem.

Required Profile:

  • Graduate from an engineering or business school.
  • 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in tech or industrial settings.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven passion.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or relevant project management methodologies.
  • Experience with Data Management-related platforms is a plus.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation.
  • Fluency in English.
