Join our Sourcing team, where you and your colleagues will manage sourcing activities related to our carbon-neutral energy production at power plants in Denmark. The team plays a vital role in category management and sourcing activities within a large and leading procurement organization, encouraging collaboration and providing access to knowledge sessions and specialist training programs. Together, we're focused on shaping the future, delivering optimal results, and embracing diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading projects and overseeing sourcing activities across various strategic business units
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for OPEX and CAPEX projects in Danish power plants
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Handling complex contract negotiations to secure high-value outcomes for both us and our suppliers
To excel in this role, you should:
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a commercial or engineering field, along with several years of experience in international procurement
- Possess strong communication skills and fluency in English to effectively engage and negotiate with internal and external partners in a global setting
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude, seizing opportunities to drive impact and lead projects
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, valuing structured work approaches
- Have excellent interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
