Nous recherchons notre Learning Project Manager, qui sera basé à Lyon (home office jusqu'à 2 jours/semaine).

Vos principales responsabilités :

Vous serez responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et de l'optimisation de notre offre et de nos systèmes d'apprentissage.

Collaborer de manière créative avec les parties prenantes internes, ainsi qu'avec les fournisseurs de formation externes, pour concevoir des expériences d'apprentissage qui garantissent le succès de nos programmes de formation.

Créer des contenus de formation impactant et animer des formations (présentielles, digitales et mixtes).

S'inspirer des tendances du marché pour intégrer les dernières technologies et les pratiques modernes et émergentes des stratégies de formation, afin de définir et de mettre en œuvre les standards et les best practices formation chez LEM.

Aligner les initiatives formation en proposant des formations, du feedback et du coaching aux formateurs et concepteurs LEM.

Animer & développer la communauté des formateurs et concepteurs LEM dans le développement de solutions d'apprentissage de haute qualité, innovantes et impactantes, en mettant l'accent sur la durabilité.

Administrer notre LMS interne, notre plateforme d'apprentissage externe (LinkediN Learning) et tous les autres outils de création de contenu.

Gérer les opérations quotidiennes, créer, éditer et publier le contenu et l'accès à l'apprentissage. Télécharger, suivre et maintenir la cohérence des cours et du matériel d'apprentissage en ligne.

Recueillir, contrôler et analyser les données par le biais de diverses méthodes, notamment des enquêtes et des analyses, afin de s'assurer que nos expériences d'apprentissage sont best in class.

Votre profil :

Master avec plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la conception d'un large éventail de solutions d'expérience d'apprentissage utilisant diverses modalités de formation (numérique, face à face, mixte)

  • Maîtrise de l'utilisation de différentes plateformes LMS, d'outils de création de cours et de diffusion de contenu.
  • Expert en pédagogie et en principes d'apprentissage
  • Excellente communication, relation interpersonnelle et présentation, capacité à développer de solides relations interfonctionnelles et interculturelles.
  • Réflexion stratégique, tout en ayant le souci du détail, très organisé et capable d'établir des priorités.
  • Compétences en gestion de projet et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, à délivrer des expériences d'apprentissage de qualité dans des délais serrés.
  • Une attitude positive avec l'envie et la capacité d'apprendre et de s'adapter rapidement.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais avancée indispensable sur ce poste global.
