Compliance Analyst in Procurement and CSR

  • We are a small team within the group's procurement department, responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring supplier risk management processes related to Corporate Social Responsibility including environmental topics : group vigilance plan, carbon trajectory for scope 3, etc. We also contribute to the implementation of new European regulations such as the CSRD on extrafinancial performance and the CS3D on due diligence.
  • As this team is crossfunctional, we work in conjunction with other Corporate services (compliance, sustainability, etc.), buyers, and CPOs of Business Groups.
  • We are recruiting a compliance analyst on a permanent contract.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for creating and analyzing dashboards to identify and monitor highrisk suppliers (environment, human rights, and ethics).
  • This targeting will allow you to initiate actions to collect and analyze information to ensure supplier compliance, particularly concerning the soft laws published by the OECD or the United Nations on conflict minerals.
  • You will interface with buyers and category managers to promote best practices, implement necessary actions with suppliers, and monitor their execution.
  • You will also be tasked with preparing documents that respond to client inquiries regarding the compliance of Nexans suppliers.
  • You will coordinate suppliers involved in various audit processes and information providers to ensure the proper execution of their services.

Your Strengths:

  • You enjoy creating dashboards to manage and monitor supplier actions and engage with Key Account Managers to advance these roadmaps.
  • You are meticulous, curious, and proactive.
  • You are familiar with compliance law: knowledge of one or more regulations related to vigilance, corruption, or CSR compliance.
  • You can conduct monitoring of upcoming regulations and changes in positive law to detect new compliance trends.

Education:

  • Master II in Economic Intelligence or legal or procurement
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of contract law and compliance
  • Basic knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
