Pour cela, Trusk recherche son/sa futur Logistics Manager
**Périmètre : Marseille, Montpellier, Toulouse, Bordeaux**
Ta future Mission : Gérer les équipes ainsi que les flux logistiques partant des magasins de l'une de nos enseignes partenaires, partout en France
Pour cela tu seras responsable de:
**Gestion des équipes présentes en magasin**:
- Manager/recruter/former les équipes logistiques présentes en magasin, qui seront également des ambassadeurs de Trusk
- Recruter et adapter les ressources en fonction de l'activité
- S'assurer que chaque personne membre de l'équipe se sente bien et à sa place au sein de Trusk
- Transmettre et faire vivre les valeurs de Trusk aux membres de l'équipe
- Former les équipes à la sécurité et aux spécificités de chaque site
**Optimiser les process logistiques**:
- Auditer les process afin d'en assurer l'uniformité et de contrôler la qualité du service Trusk en magasin
- Simplifier les process et les challenger continuellement
- Assurer la mise en place de nouveaux process et set-up opérationnels
**Gestion de KPI's et P&L**:
- Mettre en place et suivre les KPI's permettant un pilotage optimal des commandes sur chaque site
- Suivre et optimiser continuellement le P&L de chaque site
**Renforcer la relation avec notre enseigne partenaire**:
- Piloter la qualité de service et la performance lors d'un rendez-vous mensuel avec chaque magasin (minimum 9 RDV par mois)
- Répondre aux problématiques et améliorations souhaitées par chaque magasin ainsi que par le siège de l'enseigne partenaire
Bon communiquant, autonome, rigoureux et organisé, tu es une personne à l ecoute et adaptable
