Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Act as the main interface of the customer's IT security manager for security services, prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Organize and lead Security and steering committees
  • Participate in customer audits on request
  • Lead the incident management process in the event of a security incident and cyber security crisis management
  • Ensure that security and compliance activities are performed in accordance with ISO27K : 2013, ISAE3402 SOC1 Type II guidance and GDPR, as part of the standards of our Delivery model in the IBM group, as well as the changes in any French regulations or specific commercial regulations
  • Ensure that customer security documents are aligned with customer requirements and revised regularly by conducting annual revalidations, and monitoring action plans
  • Document security and risk exceptions on the client environment in accordance with the IT cyber risk management process
  • In agreement with the T&T Project Manager, BE a trusted advisor and support the client on guidance recommendations or transformations to improve / strengthen the client's IT security, the compliance coverage, the protection needs and anticipation of cyber security as well as the regulatory and data confidentiality field.
  • Oneoff trips are to BE expected in France.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Engineer profiles specialized in security or cyber security
  • 5 to 10 years in security and risk management
  • Experience to work with minimal supervision and guidance
  • Demonstrated competences to manage customer risks
  • Demonstrated competences to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Technical expertise and professional certifications among :
  • CISSP (ISC)
  • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
  • Cloud Security Alliance (CSA)
  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementor ISO
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Competences to adapt to new technologies, meet deadlines and objectives
  • Excellent communication skills with various interlocutors (IT management and developers)
  • Experience with "on premise to cloud" migrations or hybrid cloud computing transformations
  • Certifications on one of the public cloud platforms or related products
  • Experience in architecture and operating solutions based on one of the public cloud computing platforms
  • The following technical expertise and certifications will BE a plus but are not mandatory:
  • ISACA Certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC)
  • PCI Security Qualified Security Assessor (QSA)
  • SCADA Security Architect (CSSA)
  • Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK)
  • GIAC Security Certifications (various) SANS
