L'activité de l'équipe Risques Multi Asset Paris couvre les Fonds Multi Asset, les produits d'Epargne Salariale hors Actionnariat salarié, et supervise globalement les délégations externes et les investissements en fonds externes.
Votre mission, en tant que Risk Manager, s'articulera autour des thèmes suivants :
- Vous validerez les nouveaux produits, les modifications de prospectus/convention et les nouveaux instruments financiers.
- Vous serez en charge d'intégrer et contrôler au quotidien le respect des contraintes d'investissement réglementaires et contractuelles, ainsi que des politiques de risque internes : mise en place et recette des règles, réalisation des contrôles, gestion des procédures d'escalade ou de dérogation.
- Vous participerez à la calibration / revue des limites de risque en cohérence avec les process d'investissements suivis.
- Vous produirez et présenterez les revues périodiques de portefeuilles (revue d'activité des desks suivis, performances, cartographie des risques de marché, de liquidité, suivi du passif, risques opérationnels).
- Vous participerez à des projets / travaux transversaux de la ligne métier Risques (sur les process, les outils, les mesures de risques), et réaliserez des études transverses touchant au périmètre global des risques d'investissement.
- Vous développerez des outils dédiés au suivi d'indicateurs et d'analyses de risques sur le périmètre couvert (tableaux de bord, reportings ad-hoc).
- Vous présenterez l'activité Risk Management lors de réunions clients, d'appels d'offres ou d'audits.
Sur votre périmètre de gestion, et en collaboration avec l'équipe, vous serez l'interlocuteur Risque privilégié avec les autres fonctions :
- Échange régulier avec les équipes de gestion sur toute problématique Risques et rôle de coordination avec les équipes d'Expertise Risque sur lesquelles vous vous appuyez
- Echanges avec les autres Risk Managers des filiales qui couvrent également ces classes d'actifs
- Interaction avec l'équipe de Sélection de fonds et de gérants externes
- Point d'entrée Risques pour les autres fonctions (product specialists, commercial, marketing, middle-office, juridique, compliance)
- Réponses aux Commissaires aux Comptes, Contrôle Dépositaire / Valorisateur
- Accompagnement dans la démarche commerciale sur la thématique Risques
