Le GHRMSA est le résultat de la fusion des Centres Hospitaliers de Mulhouse, de Thann, de Cernay, d'Altkirch, de Sierentz et de l'EHPAD de Bitschwiller-lès-Thann. Le GHR Mulhouse Sud-Alsace est un hôpital public reconnu comme étant l'un des plus importants centres hospitaliers français, l'établissement de référence du Territoire de santé IV d'Alsace, le deuxième hôpital public d'Alsace et le deuxième employeur du Haut-Rhin.
Le GHT a défini un ambitieux Schéma Directeur des Systèmes d'Information, et souhaite remplacer son actuel Responsable de la Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information en départ à la retraite.
Missions
Rattaché au DSI, Le/la PMO possède une vision transversale de tous les projets et portefeuilles, afin de garantir leur alignement stratégique et opérationnel avec les objectifs généraux des établissements, déclinés à travers le Schéma Directeur des Systèmes d'Information.
Facilitateur/facilitatrice et coordinateur/coordinatrice, le/la PMO est chargé(e) de s'assurer que l'ensemble des étapes clés d'un projet s'articulent de la façon la plus optimale possible.
Il/elle est garant de l'harmonisation des pratiques projets et du suivi des portefeuilles.
**Il/Elle doit donc être capable de**:
- coordonner les projets,
- prioriser les projets,
- accompagner au mieux les équipes, notamment sur la dimension méthode
En parallèle, le/la PMO suit la progression et la performance des projets, afin de fournir a management un état de situation.
Activités principales
- coordonner, prioriser et planifier, en collaboration avec les responsables du service, l'ensemble des projets SI des établissements, en accord avec les objectifs globaux et en considérant les différentes contraintes internes et externes,
- accompagner les équipes projet dans la réalisation de leurs missions quotidiennes et dans le respect de la feuille de route définie,
- garantir la bonne exécution et la réussite des projets notamment via un suivi des engagements,
- définir des processus et des référentiels afin d'industrialiser et standardiser les pratiques des établissements en matière de gestion de projets (méthode),
- analyser la performance des projets en définissant des indicateurs et en élaborant des reportings,
- contribuer à l'instauration d'une vraie culture du projet au sein des établissements et accompagner la conduite du changement,
- mettre en place et généraliser l'utilisation d'outils de gestion de projets,
- prendre en charge la dimension conformité (gestion audits externes IT, certification, )
- améliorer l'ensemble de la démarche qualité de la DSI
Spécificités du poste
Poste basé à Mulhouse, pouvant nécessité des déplacements ponctuels sur l'un des sites du GHT.
Qualifications requises
- De formation BAC+5 idéalement en Management de projet avec une expérience significative en gestion de portefeuilles de projet informatiques et accompagnement d'équipe
- Une connaissance du monde hospitalier est un plus

Groupe Hospitalier de la Région de Mulhouse et Sud Alsace
Le Groupe Hospitalier de la Région de Mulhouse et Sud Alsace est un établissement public de santé proposant l'ensemble des spécialités médicales et chirurgicales, excepté la neurochirurgie. A ce titre, il est l'hôpital de référence du territoire de santé n°4, et l'établissement support du Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire n°12.
