Job Description

As a Central Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions and supporting the Cashier Supervisor in the daily management of the store.

Your main tasks include:
- Processing customer transactions
- Opening and/or closing the store
- Managing, monitoring, and securing financial flows throughout the day
- Leading and organizing the work of cashiers based on customer flow
- Ensuring quality customer service at the checkout line
- Handling customer complaints
- Enforcing current procedures
- Implementing promotional activities and associated displays
- Coordinating external service provider interventions
- Reporting material and bodily damages
- Maintaining various areas: cash register, break rooms, exterior

To successfully carry out your duties, you will receive training to familiarize yourself with our products, including our range of fruits and vegetables. You will also be trained in cashier procedures, financial flow management, and daily store operations.

This position is available for full-time employment as soon as possible.
Contract for 35 hours per week
Gross monthly salary with bonuses

Profile

You have previous team leadership experience, ideally gained in the retail, fast food, or hospitality sector. Through your leadership skills and attention to detail, you ensure adherence to procedures. You prioritize customer satisfaction through attentive service.
